Registration is easy.  Choose your course from the menu above.  Download the registration form.  This is an editable pdf file, so you do not need to print it off.  Save it and complete it online.  Send the completed form and the requested attachments to;

Your registration and payment option will be acknowledged and you will be subsequently contacted prior to the next scheduled course start date with your registration number, username and password for use with your enrolment into our Health Academy.
